When Deb joined Car-Mart in October 2016 as Controller, she brought a wealth of accounting knowledge and experience to our company. Her deep understanding of finance principles, reporting, and analysis has greatly contributed to our company’s success. Deb loves the company and what it stands for, and she’s in a job she loves.
“I knew from a young age that I was a numbers person,” says Deb. “My dad worked for NASA, so I grew up believing that ‘failure is not an option.’ I come from a very analytical background, and I love that. I just love accounting.”
