As one of our Vice Presidents of Operations, Christy’s exceptional leadership has earned her a well-deserved spot on the prestigious 2024 Women in Retail list by Auto Remarketing. This honor recognizes top leaders in the retail sector of the auto industry.
Christy’s Car-Mart story is truly inspiring. Starting as an Assistant Office Manager in 2012, she was motivated to think big and achieved her goal of becoming the company’s first female VP of Operations. After completing the company’s Future Manager program, where she learned how to manage a dealership, she held various leadership, operational, and compliance roles. During her Car-Mart career, Christy has won numerous company awards for business performance and dealership excellence.
