We love helping our communities and hearing from them. On May 30, some of our Car-Mart associates shared their knowledge and experience at the HOBY (Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Foundation) conference at the University of Central Oklahoma in in Edmund, Okla.
Car-Mart associates Bruce Lynch, Vice President of Operations, Region 1; Chris DeSpain, Area Operations Manager; and Brian McFarland, Area Operations Manager; talked about their career experiences and imparted their leadership tips with the participating students at the conference.
HOBY empowers young people to be leaders in their communities, and the organization sponsors conferences where students learn about leadership competencies and how to apply those skills in their everyday lives.
