I've bought I think 5 vehicles from CarMart and 2 from the Morrilton lot specifically. I'll start this review with the sole negative thing about this dealership. You will pay more money here. They are not cheap. BUT, they are not the kind of lot to try to pawn some lousy car off on you. They don't have shady cars. Actually they probably have the nicest selection of vehicles anywhere that don't require a bank loan. Their vehicles come with a warranty and a 7 day fix anything that breaks warranty. So even if something slips by them or if random bad luck strikes you're OK. They make it easy to get into a car. They will work with you during and after the sale. They aren't the kind of lot that's just looking for the opportunity to repo your car. Call them. Don't hide. They'll take good care of you with a smile on their face. I drive 30 miles to do business with the Morrilton lot, passing 2 other CarMart lots along the way. I've bought from the other CarMart lots and they're the same, but in Morrilton they are just so nice. So yeah, you'll pay a couple thousand more, but that comes with a lot of peace of mind. If you've ever been burned by a shady car lot then you can appreciate that.
I absolutely love the people there. They helped us get the vehicle we wanted and got the payment to a decent amount. And they always work with us. Amanda Cece and Karen are always so nice and friendly and they pretty much treat u like family.
They are amazing. They help in any way they can. I will only go to them to buy a car. Even when my car messed up, they got it fixed fast. I just purchased my 2nd car with them.
